* To provide quality technical/customer service to clients via phone
Requirements:
* Finished at least 2 years in college or similar college-level education (any course)
* Working knowledge of computers including DSL and Internet Connections
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Willing to be assigned in Cebu
* Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
