• Jay Jabonete - He is currently Head for New Media under the Presidential Communications Operations Office of President Benigno Aquino III and leads the team that manages the President's official website and social networking sites. Will talk about "New Media in Nation Building"
• Janette Toral - is the author of Blogging from Home, DigitalFilipino.com E-Commerce Workshop E-book. A speaker to talk on " New Media and its Role in Businesses" on the Blogfest Soccsksargen 2010.
• Maria A. Jose - A legislative researcher and speech writer and writes for SunStar Davao as a lifestyle columnist. A speaker for "State of the Philippine Blogosphere Address".
• Bobby Soriano - Internet is not secure as we think it is. Bobby will help us stay secure while being productive online.He will talk about "Internet Security for Bloggers"
